All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped via USPS. We provide delivery confirmation on all orders. Delivery times will differ by district. Delivery takes roughly 4 to 5 business days from the time your order leaves our processing center.

We ship our products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next open business day. Please expect longer delivery times on holidays or long holiday weekends.

How to track your package

As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Just give it a day or so for the tracking number to be activated. If you still don't receive any tracking info by then, please reach out to us at info@clearprobiotics.com so we can assist.

How do I manage my subscription

Log into your account at www.clearprobiotics.com. Once there, click the 'Manage your subscription' tab to make edits as you'd like.

If you gave us the wrong address at checkout

Email us immediately at info@clearprobiotics.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.

Returns

Change-of-mind purchase?

Any non-faulty Clear Probiotics item can be refunded as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material. That means it must be fit for resale. Shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Faulty product?

In the case of faulty or wrongly described items, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@clearprobiotics.com and we'll take you through the process!

Opened or used product?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above.
